摘要
该文给出了 (σ,π) 矩阵的定义 ,它是循环矩阵的一种推广 ,介绍了 (σ ,π) 矩阵的结构特征和基本性质 。
In this paper, we give the definition of the (σ,π) matrices, it is an extension of circulant matrices, introduce the combinatorial structure and basic properties of the (σ,π) matrices, and study the eigenvalues and diagonalization for (σ,π) matrices.
