本文从理论和实践上探讨了刑罚的附加刑——剥夺政治权利这一刑罚种类的内容、功能及存在的合理性 。
This article is about the extra punishment of the penalty depriving one's political rights. The author analyzes the content, function and reasonability of its existence from some theories and practice. And puts forward some suggestion about modifying.
