摘要
新时期科技期刊在现代社会发展中的作用愈来愈明显 .科学技术的发展 ,对科技期刊编辑、特别是青年编辑的素质提出了越来越高的要求 .
The effect of sci tech journals on social development gets more and more distinct. To adapt to the developmental characters of science and technology in the new period,the editors,especially the younger ones,are required to become all rounders.The urgent problems, what quality is needed to the younger editors and how to cultivate their quality,are discussed here.
