摘要
丰富多采的矿产资源为甘肃省城市的发展奠定了重要的物质基础 ,但传统粗放型的矿产资源开发利用模式 ,给城市发展带来了资源浪费与短缺 ,环境污染严重 ,经济结构单一 ,综合效益差 ,发展后劲不足等问题 ,制约了城市的可持续发展 .针对某些具体问题 ,提出了合理开发利用矿产资源 。
The resourceful mineral deposits make an important material foundation for the development of the cities in Gansu Province. But the traditional simple pattern of mineral exploitation has led to many problems to the cities, such as the waste and absence of resources,the serious pollution of environment, the simple economical structure, the bad integral effect, the weakness of subsequent strength and so on. All of those problems have limited the sustainable development of these cities. Based on the analysis of the problems, the author sets out countermeasures to exploite the resources reasonably and to promote the sustainable development of the cities.
