摘要
介绍了近场光学显微镜 (SNOM ) ,原子力显微镜 (AFM ) ,扫描隧道显微镜 (STM)和光镊(OPTICALTWEEZERS)等相关技术的原理 这些技术突破了传统显微镜的衍射极限对分辨率的限制 ,可以对单个分子进行探测和操纵 ,因此在物理、化学、生物、医学。
The principle of Near-Field Scanning Optical Microscope (SNOM), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM) and Optical Tweezers were introduced in this paper. These new technologies break through limitations to the common microscopes and can detect and manipulate single molecule. They will be widely used in physics, chemistry, technology, medicine, material science and microelectronics etc.[
