Performance of supply chain logistics system has a significant impact on the effectiveness of its holistic activity and the behavior of its business entities. By summarizing the fundamental concept, theory and application of benchmarking on various academic perspectives, this paper suggests a supply chain logistics model with AHP and introduces the methods of standardized unitless rating to describe and analyze thoroughly the logistics benchmarking methodology aiming to modify and optimize the performance of holistic supply chain.
