摘要
In this work, the existence of interaction between metal in metallo enzyme and small biological molecules such as amino acid in aqueous solution is confirmed for the first time by the experimental data of ESR, NMR,UV-VIS and enzyme activity. This kind of interaction can affect the enzyme catalytic activity.
