论述了库本书库开架借阅的必要性 ;指出开架借阅有利于图书资料的充分开发与利用 ;
The article discusses the necessities of open-shelf reading in stack.It holds that open-shelf rdading will help to develop and use books and reference materials sufficiently.It also suggests a concrete solution to the problems in open-shelf reading.
