摘要
20世纪 90年代以来 ,河南省在外经贸发展和投资环境建设等方面取得了十分明显的进步 ,对外贸易发展迅速 ,利用外资快速增长 ,对外经济技术合作迈出新步伐 ,开发区建设初见成效。但也存在着一些问题 ,如利用外资规模小、水平低 ,出口依存度太低 ,投资环境有待进一步改善。对此 ,应采取大力改善投资环境、优化对外贸易和利用外资结构、加强经济技术合作、加大对外投资力度等措施 。
Since 1990's,He′nan has made evident progress in foreign economy trade and investment environment construction.Foreign trade and investment have increased rapidly.The foreign economic technological cooperations take a new look.The construction of development zone has been obtained initial achievements.But there still exist some problems.The quantity and quality of foreign investment are in low levels,so is the export trade.The investment environment is not perfect.Therefore,the following measures are necessary:to improve the investment environment;to optimize the external trade and the structure of utilizing foreign funds to strengthen economic and technological cooperation;to increase external investment.
