摘要
教育是一项公益性事业 ,追求公共利益曾是发展教育事业的基本目标。不过 ,教育的公益性并不取决于办学形式 ,私立教育也具有公益性 ;教育的公益性也不反对追求教育的功利价值和效率价值 ,教育的公共利益其中也包含物质利益 ;教育的公益性与市场经济机制及原则也不相冲突 。
Education is of public interests.The public weltare is a basic goal for developing education.But the public nature of education is not determined by the way of running school.There is no contradiction between the value of public interests and that of utility and efficiency in education.Moreover it is not harmful to seeking the goal of public interests in education when the mechanism and principles of market economy are 1ed into education.
