摘要
为探索部分脱蛋白猪骨与异体脱矿骨复合移植的应用价值,作者取兔14只,在下颌骨下缘造成15×5mm全层骨缺损,12只右侧植入复合骨,左侧植入单纯部分脱蛋白猪骨,2只作空白对照,术后2、4、8、12、16、24周经X线片、计算机密度量测X线片、组织学等手段观察分析。结果表明,部分脱蛋白猪骨与异体脱矿骨复合而成的移植骨,既有一定机械强度,又有较强的骨诱导能力,且具有骨源广泛、制备及复合方式简单、没有排斥反应等优点。有广阔的临床应用前景。
o probe the use values of compound
grafts Which consist of part-deproteinization.pigbone and decalcification homeosteograft,the
author had completed osteotomies in 15×5mm2 areas of inferior torders of madibules on 14
rabbits and then filled right defects with compound grafts,the left with part-deproteinization pig
bones in 12 rabbits,the other 2 rabbits were served as control.After 2,4,8,12,16,24 weeks,we
gave them radiophotog-raphys,their densities were checked by computer,and histology
analysis. The results showed the compound grafts served as good not only fixed machine
intensity and fairly induced reaction,but also good in histocompatibility.
