摘要
信息社会需要不拘泥于以课堂、教师和教案为中心（三中心）的学习,远程教学系统为学习者提供了便利。根据现代远程教学系统所必须具有的特性,讨论了在远程教学系统设计时所必须注意的几个问题,具体在选择信息传输网络和多媒体信息终端设备等方面,进行了技术上和经济上的可行性分析,并就东华大学（原中国纺织大学）的实际情况给出了一个系统规划实例。
It isn't needed by information society that learning only bases on classroom, teacher and textbook. The distance teaching system can help the learner. Depend on the characteristic of the modem distance teaching system, it discusses several problems that should be noticed during planning a distance teaching system, and analyses the feasibility of technology & economy on how to select information transmitting network and multimedia terminators. Finally, it offers a case on how to plan the system based on the DHU' s fact.
