摘要
从建设项目发展商的角度，以深圳青青山庄的建设为例，指出在建设中，要从规划布局、建筑形式、建材、环境配套等多方面来强化和延续城市地域的文脉精神。
In the light of developer, and with the Qinqin Villas of Shenzhen as the example, the author points out one should carefully think about the general planning, architectural form, material, municipal construction of the site and contribute to the context and the spirit of urban space through them in the process of the conatruction.
