摘要 从了解“滨海地区综合管理”入手 ,结合这一管理模式在美国滨海地区近 30年的应用和实践 ,就管理计划的制定与实施、管理机构的设置、法规体系的健全、开发策略等内容 ,进行了多层面、多角度的讨论。希望能够为我国滨海资源的开发利用。 The article focuses on the theory of integrated coastal zone management and its application in the USA through the last three decades. From multiple perspectives of creating programs, founding management structures, writing laws and regulations and implementing useful development strategies, practical experiences are introduced for the purpose of providing references for the coastal resources management, development and environmental protection in China.
