摘要
基于我国现代化建设步伐的加快、住宅建设的迅猛发展及人们对居住环境及生活质量的要求的不断提高 ,根据居住区规划设计的特点 ,综合考虑经济、社会、环境三大效益 ,运用层次分析法 ,构建了居住区优化设计综合评价指标体系的 AHP模型 ,并通过实例分析 。
Because our country's modernized construction and the construction of residence developed very quickly,and people hope that the residential environment and the living quality turn into better.According to the residetial area design's feature and the economic,social and environmental benefit, the residential area's AHP model with the Analytic Aierarchy Process is made..The purpose is let the level of the residential area's construction reache the arerage objective.
