摘要
配制自密实砼的技术关键是保证新拌混凝土的高流动性与高抗离析性间有适宜的匹配性 ,以便使新拌混凝土具有良好的钢筋间隙通过能力 ,从而可实现高填充性。掺有大量粉煤灰、矿渣粉复合掺合料的预拌自密实混凝土 ,在运输过程中新拌混凝土砂浆与粗集料界面之间的粘聚性下降是导致工作性损失的主要原因。通过实验发现用抗离析剂对粘聚性的下降进行控制是配置预拌自密实砼的重要措施。
It is the key for preparing ready-mixed self-compacting concrete, that the concrete must have an appropriate compatibility bwtween high flowability and high antie segregationess, so that it can smoothly pass through the specing of the bars and possess a high filling ability. The loss of workability for the fresh self-compacting concrete mixed with large amount of mineral admixtures, which are composed by the fly ash and slag powder, is caused by the drop of the imterfacial cohesiveness between the mortar and the coarse aggregates during transportation period. It has been foumd by experiments that the control of interfacial cohesiveness drop by using anti-segregation agents is the key to prepare the ready-mixed self-compacting concrete.
