摘要
研究了Na2 Cr2 O7、K2 Cr2 O7、NaNO3、NaNO2 等添加剂在电化学法制备氧化亚铜粉末过程中的作用。试验结果表明 ,Na2 Cr2 O7、K2 Cr2 O7、NaNO3、NaNO2 都能有效地抑制阴极区海绵状金属铜粉的生成。相比之下 ,NaNO2 的效果最好 ,而NaNO3则不适合作添加剂。
The effects of additives such as K 2Cr 2O 7,Na 2Cr 2O 7,NaNO 3 and NaNO 2 in the electrolysis of producing cuprous oxide were studied.The results suggest that K 2Cr 2O 7,Na 2Cr 2O 7,NaNO 3,NaNO 2 can effectively prevent the deposition of spongy copper powder on the cathodes.Compared with K 2Cr 2O 7 and Na 2Cr 2O 7,NaNO 2 is more effective,while NaNO 3 isn't fit to be used as additive.
