摘要
以硼、碳为助烧剂 ,选择适当的成分组成 ,用热压法制备出块体SiC/C功能梯度材料。该材料无微观裂纹 ,梯度趋势明显 ,抗热冲击性能良好 ,辐照实验结果显示辐照前后材料组织结构无明显变化。
Hot pressed bulk SiC/C functionally graded materials were obtained with optimum compositions and B,C as sintering additives.SiC/C FGM hasn't cracks on surface,isn't susceptible to thermal shock.The result of irradiation on HL 1M indicates that the microstructure of SiC keeps interact and has no defects.
