摘要
从定量化光学遥感测量的需求出发 ,给出了一种对 CCD摄像系统的像素间隔、光电响应的非线性和非均匀性等光学特性进行标定的方法 ,详细介绍了标定过程 ,并给出了部分测试结果。
In order to meet the demand of quantitative optical remote sense measurement, an approach to calibrate the pixels' interval, the photo electric response non linearity and non uniformity in CCD camera system is provided in this paper The calibration procedure is introduced in details, and some experiment results are also given out
