摘要
用有限元素法建立瓦块3维弹性变形计算模型。针对小包角瓦块支点非均匀布置方 式及下方瓦块设有高压油顶起油囊的大型低速重载动静力润滑径向可倾瓦轴承,研究了由于 瓦块3维弹性变形对轴承热动力润滑性能的影响。结果表明,在低速重载条件下需要考虑瓦 块的弹性变形对动静力可倾瓦轴承热动力润滑性能的影响。
The finite element method has been used to solve the th ree-dimension pad elasticity equations governing the displacement field in the t ilting-pad.Th e influences of the three-dimension pad deformations on the thermohydrodynamic performances of a hybrid tilting-pad journal bearings have been studied under the conditions of the low speed and heavy duty for the non-uniform pivot distrib u tion of the small wrap angle pads and the low pads with high pressure oil recess .The results show that the effects of the small wrap angle pad deformations sh ould be taken into account on the thermohydrodynamic performances of the hybrid tilting-pad journal bearings under the heavy duty condition.
