摘要
针对渐变型失效模式 ,用连续的状态变量来描述产品的功能状态 ,使在模糊概率论范畴定义的模糊随机可靠性参数都可以用状态变量来表达 ,从而与在概率论范畴定义的随机可靠性参数统一起来。
To the failure model occurring gradually, continuous state variable is applied to describe function states of products. Fuzzy-random reliability parameters defined in fuzzy probability theory category are unified with the random reliability parameters defined in probability theory category by means of the state variable.
