摘要
对于常规位置分析为一解的空间单回路 ,本文提出了过约束机构存在条件的一种新方法 ,它能有效地区分位置分析的有限解与无穷解 ,并且给出输入输出方程的解析式 ;阐明了过约束机构存在条件包含过约束条件和封闭条件 ,而封闭条件又需探讨其独立性 ;检验了两个已有的 5杆过约束机构的存在条件 ,并进行了适当修正。这一方法为发现新的过约束机构提供了理论依据。
A new method on existence conditions of overconstrained mechanisms is presented in this paper. We use this method to study the spatial single loops which usually have one configuration. It can be found that this method is very effective to distinguish finite and infinite solutions of displacement analyses, and can deduce the input-output equations analytically. It is elucidated that the existence conditions of overconstrained mechanism consist of the overconstrained conditions and the closure conditions, and that the independence of the closure conditions should be further discussed. On the other hand, the existence conditions of two known 5-link overconstrained mechanisms are verified and corrected. This method also provides a theoretical basis for finding new overconstrained mechanisms.
