摘要
借助电磁场张量将运动媒质本构关系和电磁势方程表成四维协变形式，并运用格林函数方法求解了运动媒质中的推迟势。
Four-dimensional Covariant form of the constitutive relationship andelectromagnetic potential equation in moving medium was qiven with the use of theelectromagnetic field tensor,and the retarded potential was solved by the Green's functionmethod.
