摘要
用醇盐法制备Cu-ZnO/SiO_2催化剂.该催化剂在甲醇脱氢合成甲酸甲酯反应中的活性和稳定性均优于浸渍法和离子交换法制备的Cu-ZnO/SiO_2催化剂.根据差示扫描量热图谱和程序升温还原图谱的测定,研究了焙烧温度及还原温度对催化活性的影响,并对ZnO的助催化性能进行了研究.
SiO_2 supported Cu-Zn catalysts have been prepared by the alkoxide method. These Cu-ZnO/SiO_2 catalysts show better aotivities and stability for the methanol dehydrogenation to methyl formate than those prepared by impregenation and ion-exchange method.
With the resaults of DSC and TPR for the tittle catalyst, the influence of the calcination temperature and the reduction temperature to the activity of the catalysts has been investigated, The mole of ZnO to the tittle catalysts has also been studied.
