摘要
电流变体是一种新型智能材料 ,有着广泛的学科背景 ,其应用开发又具有学科和技术综合性的特点 ,将该材料纳入机械工程 ,对于学科交融和技术融合 ,拓宽机械工程的研究领域有着重要意义。本文借鉴当前国内外有关 ER(Electro Rheological)流体性能的研究成果 ,进行了 ER减振器的结构设计与样机制作 。
ER(electrorheological) is a new sort of smart and intelligent material, which has far ranging knowledge background. Its' application and exploiture take on compositive characteristic in subject and technology. It is important to bring ER into mechanical engineering. In this paper, consulting the research production of ER, we designed and produced an ER absorber. Through experiment, we tested the ER absorber's performance and gained the parameter data.
