介绍了通过图像处理方法实现传送带上运动物体的图像恢复及几何参数测量 ,并将其应用到羽毛球生产中毛片的在线弯度、粗细测量中。详细叙述了线性运动图像恢复的原理、几何参数计算方法及改进措施 ,最后给出了实现系统方案和测量的结果。
A motion picture recovery of production line objects and their geometric parameter measurements by image processing is introduced in the paper. It is applied to badminton production line as an on line measurement approach of feather bend and thickness. The principle of linear motion picture recovery,the methods of geometric parameter calculation and their improvement are detailed, and the implementation scheme and measurement results are provided at the end.
