摘要
应用核磁共振技术(^1 HNMR,^13C NMR,^1H-^1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC)解析了薁磺酸钠的化学结构,准确归属了它的^1H,^13 CNMR信号,修订了文献中的归属错误,为其合成和质量控制提供了重要依据.
1D and 2D NMR techniqucs(^1IHNMR, ^13CNMR, ^1H-^1HCOSY, HSQC, HMBC)were used to assign the proton and carbon chemical shifts and to elucidate the structure of sodium guaiazulene sulfonate. The results obtained in this study can provide a guidance for synthesis and quality control of sodium guaiazulene sulfonate.
