摘要
肝脏再生是一个涉及多因素、多步骤的复杂而又精确的调控过程,其中氧应激作用在此过程中起重要的作用。笔者就氧应激与肝再生相关的概念、氧应激对肝脏的损害、氧应激与肝再生的关系、氧应激在肝再生中的作用机制及抗氧剂对肝再生的影响进行综述。
The liver regeneration is a complex but precise regulative process involving multiple factors and steps, where the oxidative stress plays an important role. In this paper, the authors address the issues that include the definitions related to oxidative stress and liver regeneration, detrimental effect of oxygen stress on the liver, and relationship between oxidative stress and the liver regeneration, as well as the action mechanism of oxidative stress in liver regeneration process and effect of antioxidant on liver regeneration.
