转录抑制因子ZHX1的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 锌指结构和同源框1（zinc-fingers and homeoboxes1。ZHX1）属于ZHX蛋白家族．ZHX蛋白家族还包括ZHX2、ZHX3．ZHX1开放阅读框编码873个氨基酸．其中包含2个锌指结构（C2-H2 zinc-fingers）和5个同源结构域。ZHX1可与其家族成员ZHX2和ZHX3结合形成异源二聚体。或自身结合形成同源二聚体．定位于细胞核中发挥调控转录作用。ZHX1蛋白在不同组织中广泛表达．但表达程度不尽相同．
