布鲁杆菌病患者体内T细胞免疫功能研究 被引量:2

Research on T cells immune function in brucellosis patients

摘要 目的探讨布鲁杆菌病人体内T淋巴细胞及相关细胞因子的变化。方法用流式细胞术检测外周血单个核细胞中CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞和CD4/CD8比例;用ELISA法检测血清中IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4和IL-5。结果试验组外周血CD4+T细胞和CD4/CD8比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8+T细胞与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组血清中IFN-γ和IL-2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-4和IL-5水平与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论布鲁杆菌感染后T细胞免疫主要表现为Th1功能增强,这可能对机体清除病原菌有重要意义。 Objective To investigate changes of T cell subsets and related cytokines in brucellosis patients. Methods Proportions of CIM^+ T cells, CD8^+ T cells and CIM/CD8 ratio in peripheral blood mononuclear ceils ( PBMC ) were detected by flow cy-tometry ; serum IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-5 were detected by ELISA. Results Proportion of CI4^+ T cells and CIM/CD8 ratio in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Proportion of CD8 ^+ T cells was similar intwo groups ( P 〉0. 05 ). Levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Levels of IL-4 and IL-5 were similar in two groups ( P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusions Enhancement of Thl cells function was the main change of T cell immune after brucellosis infection ,which may play an important role in removing pathogen out of body.
