青少年的道德观念及网络行为会影响整个网络道德以及整个社会，加强网络德育将既有助于我国 网络事业的健康发展，又能使德育工作更有成效。
The youngsters moral concept and network conduct can influence the whole network morals and the whole society. Strengthening the network morals is not only helpful to the healthy development of our country's network undertakings, but also effective to the moral instruction.
