摘要
网页上经常会显示一些动画，如重要信息或广告等。本文用 ＪａｖａＳｃｒｉｐｔ实现了使动画固定在网页画面的相 对位置上，不会被移出画面。
There are some cartoons in webpages, such as important information and advertisement. This paper presented the way to make cartoon fix on the relative location of webpages in order that they cann' t be move out of screen.
