摘要
使用TiAlN涂层硬质合金刀片进行高温合金GH4169的高速铣削正交试验,利用最小二乘法对试验数据进行了回归分析,建立了铣削力和表面粗糙度的经验公式,分析了高速铣削高温合金GH4169条件下切削参数对切削力和表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明:切削深度对铣削力影响最大,其次是切削速度和每齿进给量;进给量是影响表面粗糙度的最主要因素,其次是切削深度和切削速度。
The orthogonal experiment is de- signed for high-speed milling superalloy GH4169 by PVD- TiAIN carbide inserts. The empirical formulas of cutting force and surface roughness are established by the leastsquares regression method. And the effect of cutting parameters on cutting force and surface roughness is studied. The research results indicate that cutting depth has highly obvious influence on surface roughness, followed by cutting speed and feed rate; Feed rate is the main influence factor of the surface roughness, followed by cutting depth and cutting speed.
