摘要
介绍了一种电脑座便器计算机自动质检系统的研制方案．整个系统由一个位于主控室的工控微机和处于生产现场的多台下位单片机构成，其中，下位机负责所属工位测试数据的多道实时采集；上位机则采用查询方式通过ＲＳ－４８５总线依次读入各下位机中的采集数据，将其动态显示在微机屏幕上，同时对各道采集数据进行自动判决其合格性，将判决结果及时反馈给对应下位机，由后者作相应声光报警．最后，系统采用数据库实现对测试数据的集中管理，因此测试历史数据可以得到查询和回放，同时还可以生成各种质检统计报表以供生产管理部门进行分析和决策．
A computer-based automatic testing system for toilet is introduced in this paper. The system is composed of a host computer in monitoring room and multiple singlechip systems in workroom. The latter are used to collect testing data real-time from the products being tested on the pipeline, and the former reads the data through RS-485 isolation bus by query and displays them on the screen dynamically. Meanwhile, the host computer also distinguishes the eligibility of the product automatically by pre-set rules, and informs singlechip systems the results duly. The singlechips will give an alarm for reparation according to the result received from the host computer. Last. the adoption of database can centralize all testing data, which makes history data searched and reviewed conveniently, and also the related report forms supply the administration department a powerful tool for analysis and decision-making.
