摘要
使用CFD数值计算软件对5.6号离心风机进风口与叶轮径向间隙(径向间隙δr与叶轮直径D2比值)分别为1mm(0.18%)、2mm(0.36%)、3mm(0.54%)和4mm(0.71%)时的整机进行三维数值模拟,并且与叶轮和进风口没有间隙的离心风机数值模拟结果进行对比。分析间隙对内部流场的影响,总结得到该离心风机全压、内功率和内效率随间隙变化情况。
Three-dimensional CFD numerical computational method is used to simulate the flow of the centrifugal fan of number 5.6 with the clearance between inlet and blade that is 1 mm (0.18%), 2 mm (0.36%), 3 mm (0.54%) and 4 mm (0.71%). Then, the outcome with the numerical computation of the fan with no clearance between inlet and blade is compared. The influence of the clearance on the inner flow field is analyzed. Finally, the change of total pressure rise, inner power and inner efficiency with the change of the clearance is summarized.
