有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的临床效果观察 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨应用有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1月~2013年1月收治的胫骨Pilon骨折患者50例,均给予有限切开内固定治疗,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组给予锁定钢板内固定,对照组给予解剖钢板内固定,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组[(12.6±3.4)周vs(19.7±3.6)周],并发症发生率明显低于对照组(8.0%vs 24.0%),治疗优良率明显高于对照组(88.0%vs 68.0%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the effect of limited incision locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibia Pilon fractures. Methods 50 cases of patients with tibia Pilon fractures in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected,all patients were given with limited open reduction and internal fixation,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.Locking plate fixation was given to the observation group,anatomical plate fixation was given to the control group,clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group [(12.6±3.4) weeks vs (19.7±3.6) weeks],the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (8.0% vs 24.0%),excellent treatment was higher than that of the control group (88.0% vs 68.0%),and the differences were significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of limited incision locking plate internal fixation in treatment of tibia Pilon fractures is significant,be worthy of promotion.
