摘要
本文分析了我国国有上市公司财务治理机制的现状并指出了国有上市公司的财务治理机制存在的一些问题。对当前我国国有上市公司财务治理机制存在的问题,从内外两个部分对其产生原因进行了分析。在结合我国现有的国情和借鉴国外优秀的财务治理机制的经验基础上,提出了改善和优化我国国有上市公司的具体建议。
This paper analyzes the status of state-owned listed companies＆#39; financial governance of our country and pointed out some of the problems of financial governance of state-owned listed companies exist. Of the current problems of financial governance of state-owned listed companies from inside and outside the two parts of its causes were analyzed. On the basis of experience combined with our existing situation and learn good financial governance abroad, put forward concrete proposals to improve and optimize the state-owned listed companies.
