摘要
采用NaNO2 Al(NO3) 3 NaOH比色法测定了银翘散抗流感病毒有效部位群 (EFY)中总黄酮的含量 ,并通过对各单味药相应部位总黄酮的测定 ,探讨了各单味药对EFY的贡献。结果表明EFY总黄酮平均含量 35 0 % (n =3) ,加样回收率 1 0 0 1 % ,RSD 1 54% (n =5)。 9味药中连翘、薄荷、荆芥和金银花对其贡献较大 ,分别占有 8 2 3%、7 39%、 6 82 %和 4 48%。
The content of flavonoid in the active fraction against influenza virus (AFAIV) of Yinqiao Powder (YP) was determined by NaNO 2 Al(NO 3) 3 NaOH chromatometry, and the contribution of each YP ingredient to AFAIV of YP was studied by determining the content of flavonoid in each ingredient. The results showed that the mean content of flavonoid in AFAIV of YP was 35 0% ( n =3), the sample recovery was 100.1%, and RSD was 1.54% ( n =5); of 9 ingredients, the fruit of Forsythia suspensa, peppermint, aerial parts of Schizonepeta tenuofilia, and honeysuckle flower were greater contributors, making up 8 23%, 7 39%, 6 82% and 4 48% of AFAIV of YP, respectively.
