陶瓷膜澄清食醋的污染膜清洗与再生 被引量:1

摘要 针对陶瓷膜澄清食醋过程中的膜污染,研究化学清洗污染膜的工艺。结果表明:清洗污染膜和配制清洗剂时,水质越好,膜的清洗效果越好。分别使用NaOH,H2O2和H2SO4溶液清洗污染膜,当各自浓度分别为0.1%,0.2%,0.1%时,膜通量恢复率系数可达95%以上;同时确定了适宜的清洗条件:当清洗温度为298K,清洗压力为0.4MPa时,分别使用0.1%的NaOH,0.2%的H2O2以及0.1%的H2SO4清洗膜及设备20min。陶瓷膜澄清食醋工艺连续运行多年,清洗效果好,再生效果稳定,具有工程实用价值。 Membrane cleaning and regeneration is researched on clarification of vinegar by ceramic membrane.The results show that high purity of clean water is helpful to improve the effect of mem-brane cleaning.The membrane flux recovery rate is more than 95% by ceramic membrane of 0.1%NaOH +0.2% H2O2+0.1% H2SO4.The appropriate cleaning conditions are:cleaning temperature of 298 K,pressure of 0.4 MPa and cleaning time of 20 min,using 0.1% NaOH,0.2% H2 O2 and 0.1% H2SO4 respectively.Ceramic membranes have been operated continuously for many years;the cleaning effect is stable and has practical value.
