摘要
掌上型有机磷农药现场检测仪是最新研制的片状一次性使用乙酰胆碱酯酶电极和单片微机的有机结合体。仪器响应时间为3 min 测定敌敌畏、对氧磷的线性范围分别为 0．5～43．1μg／mL，0．1～15．0μg／mL。本文系统介绍了传感器制作过程、智能微电子接口的硬件组成和软件实现。
This paper presents a portable detector for the determination of organophosphorus pesticideswhich includes a disposable plane acetylcholinesteraseAchE electrode and a programmed monolithic microcomputer． Organophosphorus pesticides can be detected in 3 minutes and the linear ranges of the detector responding to the concentrations of dichlorvos and paraoxon are 0．543．1μg／mL and 0．1～15．0μg／mL respectively． The following contents about the detector are also introduced including the production of the sensor and the hardware organization and software implementation of the intelligent microelectronic interface．
