摘要
以我国中小物流企业运输成本控制为载体,从业务类型和特点分析入手,剖析其运输成本控制难点,进而提出运输成本控制与优化策略,为我国中小物流企业成本控制提供参考与借鉴。
In this paper, with the transportation cost control of the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises of China as the carrier and starting from the type and characteristics of their businesses, we analyzed the difficulties in the transportation cost control of them and then proposed the strategy for the control and optimization of the transportation cost of such enterprises.
