摘要
近年来,多溴联苯醚的结构类似物羟基和甲氧基多溴联苯醚逐渐成为人们研究的热点。它们广泛分布在海水、沉积物和海洋生物中,并能在哺乳动物体内累积。由于结构与多溴联苯醚类似,羟基和甲氧基多溴联苯醚也具有相似的生物活性和毒性。研究表明,海洋环境中这类化合物可能源于天然合成,而不是人为污染物的直接排放或者降解。开展这两类天然溴代有机化合物的环境行为研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文综述了海洋环境中羟基和甲氧基多溴联苯醚来源与分布的研究现状,同时对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Recently,hydroxylated and methoxylated polybrominated diphenyl ethers,structural analogs of polybrominated diphenyl ethers,have been of increasing concern. Previous studies have presented their widespread occurrences in ocean water,sediments and marine organisms. Due to the structure similarity,these compounds are known to be persistent and bio-accumulated in the marine food chain web and present potential toxicities such as thyroid disruptions and neurotoxic effects. Hydroxylated and methoxylated polybrominated diphenyl ethers in the marine environment have been considered to be natural products other than anthropogenic compounds. It is necessary to study their environmental behaviors for evaluating their adverse effects on ecological systems and human beings. In this paper,the relative reports on their sources and spatial distributions in marine environment including water,sediments and organisms have been reviewed and the future prospects have also been discussed.
