摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因不明的肠道慢性非特异性炎症,以溃疡糜烂为主,病变主要位于结肠的黏膜和黏膜下层,多累及直肠和远端结肠。以腹泻、腹痛和黏液脓血便为主要临床表现,严重影响患者的正常工作和生活。中医药治疗本病具有一定优势,但治疗机制尚不明确,中药治疗本病的实验研究取得了很大进步。
Ulcerative colitis is a kind of unexplained chronic nonspecific intestinal inflammation, withulcer erosion and lesions mainly located in the colonic mucosa and submucosa, most involving the distalrectum and colon. Diarrhea, abdominal pain and mucus purulent blood are the main clinical manifestations,seriously affecting the work and life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease hasadvantage, but the mechanism is not clear. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis ofexperimental research has made a great progress.
