摘要
文章通过住房选购要素重要度问卷设计和调查，先用二元对比法建立判断矩阵，再用模糊多元分析理论中的直接推断法得出住房选购要素重要度排序，并据此分析了住房消费的趋势，为企业决策、居住区规划设计提供参考。最后以苏州都市花园和名都花园为例对住房选购要素重要度作了实证分析。
Based on a survey in Suzhou, a fuzzy judgment matrix on housing purchase factors is established by one-by-one comparison and an arrangement in priority order is achieved by fuzzy direct inference. In this arrangement, factors including safety, environment, plane layout and developers, are above top 4.The arrangement can find its applications to trend-forecasting, decisionmaking and residential quarters design. Finally, two cases are analyzed.
