摘要
本文通过大量的实验工作,探讨了细度和外加剂对硫铝酸盐水泥性能的影响。实验结果表明,烧石膏抑制了硫铝酸盐水泥28天抗压强度的倒缩,有机外加剂延长了水泥的凝结硬化时间。该水泥的抗渗性、抗化学侵蚀性及抗干缩性能较好。采用XRD、SEM和DTA测试方法对该水的水化产物和机理进行了分析与讨论。
:Effect of additives and fineness on the properties of sulphoaluminate cement were investigated by experiments. The results of experiments showed that reduction of later ages compressive strength of sulphoaluminate cement were cntrolled by using of burnt plaster and the setting time were prolonged by organic admixtures. The admixtures increased the properties of sulphoaluminate cement, which was strength, permeability to resistance, drying-contract and the corrosion to resistance. The hydrates of sulphoaluminate cement were analyzed and studied be means of XRD、SEM and DTA.
