全氟壬烯基丙烯酸酯的聚合与性能

摘要 研究了含全氟壬烯基丙烯酸酯的聚合反应和拒水性能。含氟单体N-乙基-N-p-全氟壬烯氧基磺甲酰胺基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(I)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)在K2S2O8(KPS)存在下,通过半连续乳液聚合法,制备了带蓝色荧光含氟丙烯酸酯乳液(Ⅱ)。用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了聚合物薄膜的结构;考察了乳液(Ⅱ)的稳定性和水在乳胶膜上的接触角;织物以10 g/L含氟整理剂(Ⅱ)、室温浸渍40 min、100℃烘干后,180℃焙烘10 min,防水性达到5级,水接触角158°,具有优良的防水性能。 Polymerization and hydrophobicity of acrylate containing perfluorononeyl were investigated. The fluorinated copolymer emulsion (Ⅱ) with blue -fluorescence was synthesized by semicontinuous emulsion polymeri- zation of N-ethyl- N-p- perfluorononenoxybenzenesulfamidethyl acrylate (Ⅰ) initiated by K2S208 with butyl acrylate (BA) methyl methacrylate (MMA). The copolymer film were characterized by FT - IR. The stability of copolymers emulsion (Ⅱ) and the water contact angle on the copolymer film were studied. When the textile was dipped with 10 g/L fluorinated copolymer emulsion (Ⅱ) at room temperature for 40 min, dried at 100 ℃, then baked at 180 ℃ for 10 min, its hydrophobicity rate is 5 and the contact angle of water on the textile is 158 °. So its hydrophobicity shows excellent.
