摘要
介绍了西曲矿选煤厂的现状及生产精煤情况,设计了皮带中部采样机,并说明其结构、工作原理、保养维修、注意事项。试验表明,该设备在西曲矿选煤厂的运行效果良好。
The paper introduces the status quo and clean coal production in Coal Preparation Plant of Xiqu Mine. Based on the situation, the auto-sampling machine in the middle of belt is designed. Additionally, the structure and working principle are analyzed and the maintenance and precautions are explained. The test demonstrates the ideal performance of the machine in the coal preparation plant.
