摘要
目的考察复方苦参酊剂对家兔皮肤的刺激性。方法按照中药新药指导原则,在健康家兔脱毛后分别给予外用酊剂、70%乙醇,用药后测量家兔体质量,观察外观体征、行为活动、进食、排泄等一般情况,观察皮肤的刺激性反应,并计算积分。结果复方苦参酊剂对家兔正常皮肤及破损皮肤的平均刺激分值均为0分,即家兔多次涂用此药后,完整皮肤及破损皮肤的涂药部位均未见异常改变。结论中药外用酊剂对家兔皮肤无刺激性,是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。
Objective To study the irritation of the compound Kushen tincture to rabbits＇ skin. Methods According to ＂Guideline for Clinical Research on New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine＂, healthy depilatory rabbits were applied with compound Kushen tincture and 70% ethanol respectively. After the application, the rabbits were weighed, and regular records of their appearance and physical signs, behavior and activities, food intake and the egesta were made. Simultaneously, the irritation to rabbits＇ skin was observed and scored. Results The average irritation scores of the compound Kushen tincture to rabbits＇ intact skin and injured skin were both zero. It showed that no abnormal changes occured on rabbits＇ intact skin and injured skin after applying the compound Kushen tincture. Conclusion The compound Kushen tincture has no irritative reaction to intact skin and injured skin, and this tincture is safe for external use.
