摘要
采用化学分析、红外光谱、粘接性能测试等方法,研究了丁羟推进剂/丁羟衬层/三元乙丙绝热层粘接体系中界面推进剂弱强度层的形成原因,并通过设置"阻挡层"抑制弱强度层的形成。研究表明,界面推进剂弱强度层的形成主要是由于该区域的固化剂因迁移、受水分等含活泼氢小分子的影响而额外损耗,使界面推进剂固化体系偏离设计,未能达到较高的固化交联程度,强度降低。在活性物质迁移的路径上设置"阻挡层"后,界面推进剂的凝胶含量提高了1.2倍,界面粘接扯离强度提高了约45%。
The forming mechanism of soft layer in solid propellant near the interface of HTPB propellant / HTPB liner /EPDM insulation was studied by titrimetric analysis,FTIR /ATR and tensile testing,which could be prevented by introducing barrier layer.The results show that the soft layer in propellant forms in the condition of lower curative ratio,which is induced by the migration of curing agent from propellant to liner,as well as the side reaction between the curing agent and those components containing active hydrogen,such as water. The lower curative ratio decreases the tensile strength of propellant near the interface because of lower-degree cross-linked matrix. The gel content and bonding strength could be increased by approximately 120% and 45% respectively when the barrier layer is introduced.
