摘要
目的 本文回顾性调查我院 1989年至 1999年收治的面中份陈旧性骨折的临床资料 ,对外科矫治面中份骨折所致牙颌面畸形的有关问题进行探讨。方法 本组 10 3例均为由于面中份的多发性骨折、粉碎性骨折或因各种原因未能及时治疗 ,骨折块之间已发生错位愈合而导致牙颌面畸形的患者 ,根据畸形情况采用不同的术式切开复位固定。结果 除 5例张口受限、4例面部明显畸形外 ,其余患者对面形及咬合功能表示满意。结论 面中份陈旧性骨折牙颌面畸形外科矫治的关键是对面部纵向和横向骨支撑结构的重建以恢复其固有的高度和突度。
Objective The integrity and normal position of midfacial skeleton were the basis of profile and oral function.The purpose of this article was to quest for the feasibility of surgical techniques on midfacial fracture.Methods 103 cases who had dentomaxillovacial deformities following midfacial fracture were retrospectively investigated.Results Except for 5 cases of malocclusions and 4 cases of profile deformities,the results of surgical treatments were satisfying.Conclusion Reconstruction of longitudinal and transverse supporting pillars of midfacial skeleton were the key procedure in management of dentomaxillofacial deformities.
